We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to lead our testing team for the Move2Cloud project. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the testing team and managing all test phases effectively.
- Overseeing cost monitoring and budget planning.
- Ensuring application quality and coordinating with various teams and tribes.
- Participating in steering committees and providing support to staff.
- Organizing testing activities and refining monitoring tools.
- Defining roles for the ratification team and implementing project reporting.
- Analyzing completed projects for experience accumulation and debriefing.
- Guiding testers in testing migrated assets with correct test data.
- Identifying stakeholders for test use cases and managing team workload.
- Coordinating release schedules with the release manager.
- Acting as the spokesperson for the testing team.
Your profile
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in banking or IT-related fields.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with testing tools, reporting tools, and test data management.
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of agile environments.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage remote and onsite resources across multiple countries.
